Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
Current Texas State Nursing License (LVN/RN).
Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse.
Proficient in English for Federal and State documentation requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with medical staff, residents, and families.
Effective communication, organization, documentation, and time management.
Working knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques.
Familiarity with State and Federal medical regulations.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians to create and execute personalized care plans.
Coordinate with other nursing agencies for seamless care delivery.
Provide skilled nursing care following care plans, upholding high standards of quality and safety.
